Design Elements:
Text:
All text should be position at least 0.125 inches (3.2mm) from all trimmed edges, white text or reverse text should be 8 points in size and on a sans-serif typeface.
Background Colors or Images:
All color or images that extend to the edge of the card should "bleed" out at least 0.125 inches beyond the trimmed edge.
Magnetic Stripe:
Position stripe 0.175 inches (4.45mm) from the top of the card allow clearance of 0.125 inches (3.2mm) from all edges of the magnetic stripe.Common width for magnetic stripes are as follows:
- 2 Track Mag Stripe: 0.330 inches or 8.3mm
- 3 Track Mag Stripe: 0.500 inches or 12..7mm
